The printALL005 is a manual stencil printer with a stable base frame for a high print quality. The solid construction offers an easy handling and a clean and reproducable print, even for fine structures of 0,5 mm. The printer is ideal for the production of prototypes and small series. The basic model is good to print single and double sided PCBs. For this, the PCB are placed on the base plate and mechanically fixed. The X-Y and theta axis can easily be set by using knurled screws. A parallel clearing ensures a clean separation of the PCB and stencil and guarantees a perfect print image. Especial at manual printing different stencil sizes are often in use. Additional there are small stencils only few millimeters larger than the stencils. With the help of frames for prototypes the stencils are professionally tensioned and coated. FRITSCH offers hand-squeegees in different sizes (> 250 mm) for the usual manufacturing. The need to work with stancils in different sizes increases more and more. The universal 2-sided stencil Frame is especially constructed for the use of different sizes. Therefore a maximum size of stencils up to 360 x 280 mm is possible. To guarantee a clean and trouble-free handling of small or flexural PCBs FRITSCH offers the flexible vacuum option with free-positionable suction cups. The Magnet-PCB-fixture-set fixes and supports the PCBs and enables the pinting on two sides.
