The high pressure hose 600-840 bar is extremely resistant to pressure and has however a very highly flexibility.
The design of this high pressure hose 600-840 bar consists of an inner tube of polyamide 6 (PA6) coated with a polyester mesh and glued. The polyurethane outer skin of the high pressure hose 600-840 bar is also glued to the polyester mesh and the inner tube (unfortunately, not all manufacturer of high pressure hoses 600-840 bar ensure the same), which guarantees the high pressure resistance.
Only with a sufficiently good gluing of the inner tube, polyester mesh and outer skin, the high pressure hose 600-840 bar is both pressure-resistant and installation-secure with our screw sleeve and hose studs.
