The B 35 is a well-designed cold box that can be positioned on the desktop for delivering excellent cooling or freezing services in institutions such as laboratories, research institutes and relevant industries. The cold box incorporates an efficient and noiseless cooling system. This, combined with an ultra-compact structure allows easy assimilation of the appliance at the workplace where space is at a premium. The cold box is available with working temperature ranges of -85°C to -50°C for model B 35-85 and temperature ranges of -50°C to -10°C for model B 35-50. The appliance is temperature-insulated via vacuum. Although compactly structured, the unit has a large internal storage capacity and consumes very low energy. The casing is manufactured from stainless steel. The cooling unit is equipped with hermetic sealing and is air cooled. It requires virtually zero maintenance and servicing. The B 35-85 model encompasses a twin stage cascade cooling system. The door is provided with a foam layer and has a double door seal. The internal space is devoid of fixtures. Vents are positioned at the sides which facilitates easy mounting on the walls. The appliance is manipulated via a control unit that also comprises a keyboard and an in built power mains which is optically isolated. The unit is equipped with a self-controlled alarm which provides audio and visual alarms to indicate the maximum temperature in the disturbe. The alarm is powered by a battery which provides 72 hours of service.
