This i-spi is designed for the protection of vehicles with GSM network and GPS technology. Users can track the position of the vehicle using either SMS messaging for use as a driver alarm or GPRS for live tracking and mapping using a web or PC based server. The unit has an output facility for disabling the vehicle as well as inputs for a panic button and external alarm. A built-in backup battery powers the unit even when external power is disconnected and alerts the owner in the event of the power being disconnected or voltage drop. The i-spi contains a number of innovative features that can be programmed by the user to detect towing, over speed and extended parking times.
Applications include private vehicles, tractors, quads, rental equipment, truck management, asset management.
