High precision printing is now possible by means of the stable snap off operation with non-step control and the introduction of the newly developed snap off feature which minimizes any negative effects that may occur when removing the mask from the panel. Stable high precision printing has been attained for parts from 0402 small chip parts to fine pitch SMD components.
