1) When requested, the motion sequences, machine structure and workpiece size can be varied as desired.

2) An electrostatic spray gun is available to save paint (option).

3) Normal daily production rate is 20,000 pieces (based on workpiece length 300mm).

4) Employs Mitsubishi p.l.c. All control components meet the standards. Maintenance is not restricted by special components, for added convenience.

5) The drying system features double safety protections. Various overload protections are provided, protecting the machine from dangers such as insufficient running speed of motor, poor heat dissipation, and excessive temperature.
