Saw carriage is driven through German imported 1.5HP speed reducer combined with rack. • Automatic panel position detection for on-way cutting mode. Scoring sawblade is conveniently adjusted on the screen through motor control. • Sawblade raising height automatically adjusts to meet stacked panel thickness. PRECISION PANEL FEEDING SYSTEM • The panel feed is driven by japan imported 2kw ac servo motor, and transmitted through german imported speed reducer and precision rack. this features high efficiency and low backlash. • Extremely high feed speed up to 80 meters per minute. high panel positioning accuracy is achieved through a german imported magnetic scale. SAW CARRIAGE TRAVELS ON SINGLE RAIL ​ • The advanced design of single rail on saw carriage slideway effectively reduces saw carriage movement inertia, while assuring maximum smoothness and linear accuracy. • Saw carriage feed forward speed reaches to 100 meters per minute. SWING TYPE SECTIONAL DUST GUARD ​ • The swing type dust guard is equipped in front of pressure beam. • The sectional structure provides fully enclosed dust guard regardless of panel width. SUSPENDED GRIPPER ​ • The grippers are air operated, and are fitted with rubber to avoid damage on workpiece surface.
