STRUCTURAL CHARACTERISTICS
FLUBOX® is a patented model and represents the latest generation of IBC for the transportation of fluid products. FLUBOX® consists in a galvanized tubular cage with square section tubes fixed onto a pallet, which contains a co-extruded and blow-moulded bottle in high density, high molecular weight polyethylene, mixed with UV stabilizers. The suitability for food contact must be clearly requested in phase of order issue.
TECHNOLOGICAL QUALITY
The plastic bottle is produced according to the most advanced multi-layer and blow moulding technologies. The protective cage, which guarantees the perfect stability of the content, is made out of square section galvanized steel tubes, which are woven and electro welded in 360 points without added metal. The pallet can be made of wood, of galvanized steel, of galvanized steel and plastic or completely of plastic.
ENVIRONMENTAL SAFETY
FLUBOX® assures the perfect hermetic preservation of the product, protecting the environment from harmful outflows. FLUBOX® is UN homologated for the transportation of dangerous liquids by road, by railway and by sea, according to the UN law and to the RID/ADR, OMI/IMDG, OACI, RTMD regulations.
MODULAR STRUCTURE AND STANDARDIZATION
FLUBOX® has been produced according to a totally modular concept which allows the production of many different versions and which can therefore satisfy every specific need. Its dimensions are perfectly in line with the ISO standards and thanks to the special pallet and cage design, it allows a safe stacking also with the other most diffused IBC models in the world.
