Description

FUTEK’s TRH605 Non-Contact Hex-Drive Rotary Torque Sensor with Encoder features a hex drive mounting solution with torque measurements ranging from ± 0.5 Nm to 18 Nm (± 4.5 in-lb to 159 in-lb) and a torsional stiffness of 180 Nm/rad to 690 Nm/rad. The TRH605 utilizes metal foil strain gauge technology and features non-contact signal transmission allowing the sensor to operate at up to 7000 RPM.

The TRH605 features a pair of built-in rotary encoders, ideal for measuring shaft speed and position. The TRH605 contains an internal amplifier allowing the torque transducer to generate a ±5 VDC output. Applications for the TRS605 include power tool auditing, engine testing for automotive and aerospace, and industrial testing apparatuses.
