Automatic batch line to perform heat treatment of steel components including tubular billets as well as large pipeline components. The line can perform various processes as: normalizing, austenitizing, annealing, solubilization and tempering. Quenching could be performed in different fluids: water, polymer and oil. Maximum batch weight is 20 T treated at 1.150 °C. The quenching tank has 6 Kaplan agitators and a scale/slag removing system, the total volume is 160 m³. The liquid of the tank could be preheated or cooled.
