This cell is suitable for the production of plastic chairs. The process is related to aluminium inserts co-injection on which the four legs will be afterwards screwed. In a second phase, the antropomorphous
robot (which inserted the aluminium inserts) is in charge with the chair demoulding and related workings
The operations carried out in two different moulding phases are:
1. picking up of the manufactured from the press by antropomorphous robot and multifunction handling device;
2. unloading on a bench for cooling;
3. inserts insertion in the mould;
4. manufactured picking up for feed-head cutting;
5. finishing
6. unloading on a conveyor belt.
