The FK80J sensors for humidity and the TFK80J both measures the humidity and the temperature through the use of a humidity-defendant condenser. Their capacitive humidity measuring element is produced from the means of using thin film technology which is consists of a base plate, also a hygroscopic polymer layer which absorbs water molecules from the medium to be measured or to be released above it. The 0..20mA or 0..10VDC or 4..20mA signals are processed through an integrated signal pre-processing which is protected by a protective guard. The sensors are also designed for non-pressure systems which has a non-corrosive air measuring medium. The TFK80J sensors also has a semi-conductor temperature sensor which measurements are converted to 0..20mA or 0..10VDC or 4..20mA.
