The humidity measuring element, Polyga® was produced by Galltec for measuring relative air humidity and temperature. It is compose of synthetic fabric bands with 90 individual fibreswith a diameter of 3 µm. This measuring element consumes and desorbs humidity, the process allows the fibre hygroscopic properties. It has a swelling effect that is essentially in a lenghways direction. Polyga® is supported by a perforated sensor tube. These sensors are based on capacitative humidity sensing elements. Minimal and safe contact resistance are protected. This measuring device has a fan shaped that is supported by a perforated tube. For concurrent temperature acquisition, Pt100 resistance temperature sensors are mounted in the TFM80H module. More humidity and other temperature calculating device systems can be made via inquiry.
