Ambient hygrostat 30 - 100 %rH | Hygroswitch

The GALLTEC+MELA Polyga® series humidity measuring elements are made out of several plastic bands, with 90 individual fibers, with a 3 μm diameter. These fibers feature hygroscopic characteristics, thanks to the special process treatment. These elements absorb and relieve moisture. This swelling is then transmitted by a specific lever system to a microswitch with a small switching distance. These elements also react quickly and offer fast air humidity change. The lever system is adjustable via adjustment knob, with a actuated microswitch, upon reaching of the desired air humidity level.
