This Evolution G-50H -Monobloc Pumps are manufactured by Gamapur. The hose heating system is designed with 4,000-W isolation transformer that allows the heating of up to 93 m. It incorporates an innovative concept of heated hose, wherein the copper resistance element is homogenously spread around the hose. This allows accurate and uniform control of the application temperature of the products, and avoids the heat concentrations that are produced in traditionally manufactured hoses. The systems' control panels consist of touch screens that incorporate specially designed software systems to facilitate the selection and control of all working parameters. Alarm systems warn the operation of any error in the processes, in order to ensure the right application of the products. Additional features, including phase connection alarms, are incorporated into the designs, in order to avoid costly repairs.
