Orbital grinding line consisting of TWO PROCESSING UNITS: the first head is for grinding, while second head is for the finishing of STRAIGHT parts with round, oval, elliptical or irregular section made of stainless steel, iron, aluminium, brass and other metals.
The grinding line is supplied ready to work with following STANDARD EQUIPMENT: powered and SELFCENTERING front/back feed (it is possible to work taper parts), feed speed adjustable with “inverter” equipment complete of digital display for direct reading, AN/A equipment for the automatic opening of abrasive belts with photocell system, separate controls board, supplementary emergency devices, motors voltage 400V/50Hz, n°8 abrasive belts in different grits, service keys, instructions book and CE conformity declaration.
