Slicer machine for the horizontal complete cut of the rolls, sponge-cake, cakes, etc..

Loading of the product on driving belt with adjustable advancement speed, the rolls or similar products can be alined.
When the product is approaching the cut, it is driven by a superior belt which assures a strong grasp. Such belt (synchronised with the driving lower one) is hightwise adjustable for moulding itself to any kind of product.
The cut is carried out by a belt having special tooth moulding able of cutting even soft doughs very precisely.
• All the parts contacting the food products, are built with materials adviced by the most trickt hygienic regulations.
• All the moving parts, are “liefelong” self lubricated.
• All the regulations are effected by controls of regulation handwheels.
The frame stands on adjustable wheel and it’s built with welded strong steel sheet, avoiding thanks to its firmness, any vibration.
Electrical controls and central are built according to the safety regulations.
