Design and Function
The ESR series of slip rings are based on many years of proven gold/gold technology. The rotor is made of hard gold-plated slip rings, which are in contact with the gold contacts. In order to guarantee the reliable transmission of current with extremely low dynamic noise, the gold contacts are foreseen with precision springs. Due to the gold/gold technology and the perfect surface quality, the highest possible contact quality and corrosion strength are attained, while at the same time there is little transfer resistance.
