Our manufacturing method is sectional perforation.
THE SECTIONAL PERFORATION
In the sectional perforation the presses are equipped with tools which do not cover the whole width of the sheet to be punched; the sheet is therefore perforated in multiple passes.
MATERIAL AND CARATTERISTICS OF THE SHEETS
Materials | We can work many kinds of materials, among them carbon steel, stainless steel (304, 316, etc..), aluminium, copper, brass, bronze, titanium, plastic, ect.
Dimensions | On customer’s request and standard sized. Custom made up to 2000×6000mm with 1 punch area or up to 2000×8000mm with 2 perforated areas. Standards 1000×2000, 1250×2500 and 1500x3000mm.
Certifications | We can provide chemical analysis and mechanical tests certificates on customer’s request.
