Type GTEP Explosion Proof Wall Convection Heaters are suitable for Hazardous Locations and are both FM and CSA approved for Class 1, Divisions 1 and 2, Groups B, C, and D.
Heavy gauge galvanized cabinet finished in epoxy enamel and featuring preferred sloping top design.
Approved control enclosure houses heater terminals, automatic reset cutout, and optional controls.
Wall Mounting Brackets shipped with heater for mounting at least eight (8) inches above floor.
Built-in Overtemperature Protection provides level of safety greater than UL requirements. Rated for 22 amps at 277 volts, single phase. For convectors, these ratings require a magnetic contactor and/or a control transformer.
