GBC manufactures one of the wider and complete range of ID mounted portable pipe cold beveling machines for execution of any pipe edge welding preparation, for a total range from 12,5mm to 900mm (1/2"-35"). ID clamping and self centering system operated by mandrel expanding 3 locking jaws able to lock the machine.

All our machines are simple tools, can be used by any operator, no special skills required.

GBC machines can be pneumatic, electric or hydraulic driven, according with power required by any single pipe beveling application.

Some models are 100% automatic operated, dedicated to tube exchangers, boilers, condensers or any tube plate application, granting time save in serial job as:
- Tube trimming
- Tube seald weld removal for re-tubing
- Tube plate hole preparation for new seal weld

Each GBC machine can perform outside and inside beveling, tube facing and J prep for orbital welding.
