GBI's Tilt Tray Sorter for DVD's and CD's - is specifically designed to handle these small uniform products. This system offers automatic product induction, with special product handling and accumulation using stacking chutes for the uniform products. An optional feature offered with this sorter is the labeling of products during the sort process. Automatically and reliabily sorts products at rates of up to 12,000 trays per hour. This system greatly reduce labor costs associated with manual sortation and verification.
