Hydraulic motor with splines or shaft couplings GeislingerTorsional elastic, high damping steel spring coupling with integrated tuned torsional vibration damper and flywheel.
The Flydamp consists of primary, secondary and tertiary sections. Between these, groups of leaf spring packs are arranged, which are clamped at their outer ends in the secondary section.
The spring packs form together with the primary, secondary and tertiary sections chambers, which are filled with oil. If the secondary member vibrates in relation to the primary and tertiary member, the leaf springs are bent and press oil from one chamber to another retarding the relative movement of the three parts and thus damping the torsional vibrations. In order to protect the leaf springs against overloading, their deflection is limited by buffers.
