Automatic line CNC controlled for punching, marking and shearing flat bars. The wide range of work and versatility of the ALFA 500 will let you process flat bars in a high efficient way at very optimum costs.
The flat bars up to 12 m length are pushed and clamped by a carriage. Material is always guided by lateral roller against line reference. The line is equipped with a triple head punching unit up to 31 mm diameter and with a shearing station for material up to 500x20 mm
