Automatic line CNC controlled for punching, marking and shearing flat bars and angles. This line can be equipped with a variety of options like a marking unit and a mitre shearing station making the line really versatile. Therefore, this solution is ideal for metallic constructors. The flats up to 12 m long are pushed and clamped by a carriage. Material is always guided by lateral roller against line reference.

The line is equipped with a vertical punching station up to 31 mm diameter for the vertical leg of the angle and with a triple head punching unit up to 31 mm diameter diameter for the horizontal leg of the angles and the flat bars. Additionally, line can be optionally equipped with a round disk type marking station. Finally, the line equips an exclusive and common shearing station common for both flat bars up to 500x20 mm and angles up to 150x150x15.
