The inclination measurement ist based on the determination of the gravitation component gn=g *sina, which work on a seismic mass during inclinations out of the vertical position. The seismic mass is suspended from springs, so that the gravity component produced a movement of the mass. This movement is detected by electrodes with capacitive working prinziples.
