Our cycling refrigerated dryer line covers a broad air flow range of 15 to 525 SCFM with all models using a thermal mass medium for storage of the cooling energy. TMR Cycling dryers are designed to provide the maximum energy savings – up to 65% compared to non-cycling dryers - by cycling the refrigerant compressor on and off based on compressed air demand. TMR models provide extremely low pressure drops by using oversized condensers and evaporators that also helps minimize energy consumption.

- For nominal rate of flow, the dryer guarantees a 33-39°F (1-4°C) dew point
- Adjustable dew point from 33°F to 50°F (1° to 10°C)
- Increased reliability by using heavy gauge copper tubes in the heat exchanger and refrigerant circuit.
- Uses DTM (Dual Transfer Mode) technology to ensure maximum vapor condensing and removal.
- Automatic System Protection using high and low pressure monitoring to detect any pressure change in the refrigeration circuit (blocked condenser, refrigerant leakage, etc.).
