The last born of the research of the technicians of, the STAF®, the System of Casing Car-Borer is a method of drilling pressure measuring of type TFEM (Tube Split open with simultaneous Enlèvement of Materials) in accordance with Standard NFP 94-110-1.
The STAF® is particularly recommended for the installation of the tube split in the grounds known as of cover or not very homogeneous.
This new system of drilling can be carried out with all types of drills geotechnics equipped with a hydraulic roto-percussion.
Until now regarded as a delicate operation, the installation of the split tube is done now simultaneously with drilling, without rehandling of the walls.
This new method produces a determining improvement of the procedure and results.
DESCRIPTION:
Complete equipment STAF® is composed of:
- a casing unit with its heads of striking
and of discharge, its tubes lengthens and its split tube.
- a batch tools made up of the stems and connections with door tool and tools STAF® in cross or with buttons.
- a positioner of probe with the adequate stems.
- a system of extraction.
