* metal parts in stainless steel AISI 304 or AISI 316 (L)
* tapered rubber with waffle pattern, available in NBR (EPDM and FPM on request)
* bridge plate is vulcanized into the rubber gasket to ensure an optimal connection between the gasket and metal parts
* U-sharped lifter bar to enable easy installation
* bolts are PTFE (Teflon™) coated to prevent fretting or cold-welding
* FOP (Delrin™) washers to reduce friction between the nut and the lifter bar, which also functions as a torque indicator
* no loose parts prevent loss during installation
* no special tools required for installation
* special tape is used to fix the rubber gasket to the stainless steel band. The tape is flexible and glass fibre reinforced to resist hot and humid climatological circumstances and guarantees a long storage capability.
* under most circumstances the clamps can be installed without releasing the pressure of the pipe
