M-Tech®L (Laminum), laminated, peelable Shims for the individual compensation of tolerances.
Georg Martin GmbH manufactures shim from sheet formats of our M-Tech®L laminated sheet based on client drawings. We are the only manufacturer in Germany to process laminated shim stock. The adjustment of thickness of a shim to a specific installation position is achieved by means of layer stripping of the laminates.
M-Tech®L products can be supplied in aluminium, aluminium wrought alloys, brass, unalloyed and stainless steel. The laminates are made up of layers with a thickness of 0.050 or 0.075 mm. The panel format is 1200 × 600 mm. Panel thickness of 0.5 to 3.2 mm can be supplied, special thicknesses are possible.
