M-Tech®S-Lamisol

Solid M-Tech®S (Lamisol) ranges make it possible to adjust the finest tolerance graduations.

A classic tolerance compensation product that we offer is a solid shim that we manufacture in accordance with clients drawings. Depending on the thickness selected M-Tech®S shims make it possible to make adjustments in very fine or also very large tolerance intervals. The economic processing of thin strips provides a special option to fulfil demanding adjustment tasks.

M-Tech®S ranges are preferably made from sheet metal of thickness of 1.00 mm upwards, in any - but generally small – thickness graduations and with small thickness tolerances: e.g. 1.00 mm/1.03 mm/1.06 mm etc.

When laminated with double-sided sticking tape, M-Tech®S parts can be used for a wide range of purposes, for instance as an assembly aid, for panelling or shielding.

M-Tech®S products are available in brass, unalloyed and stainless steel. Material thicknesses of 0.10 mm to 3.00 mm are used.
