4-sided vertical vise

The Multiflex visecubes are 4 sided solid columns made of case hardened and ground steel HRc 60. Each side is designed as a single Multiflex vise base with a ground rack teeth for multiple positions and reference points for the fixed jaws. Of course there is also a scale along eash side like on the vise bases.
You can reduce the set up times also thanks to the possibility to machine the workpieces not only on the front side, but also on the 2 sides during the same set up. In this way the 6 sides of a typical prismatic workpiece can be machined in only one 2 clamping operations improving the accuracy of the finishing too.
Vertical machining centres can be equipped with dividing head and tailstock in order to get the same result (machining on the two workpiece sides).
