These small dryers work with dry air pressure, i.e. the used air pressure must be dry and free from water, oil and dust. With processed air pressure a dew point of approximately – 20 °C can be achieved. When employing additional components (e.g. diaphragm dryers) values of < - 40 ° C can be achieved. The charging can either be carried out manually or automatically by an an injecor or small conveying product.
Achievable residual moisture : < 0,02 %.* * - when air pressure is conditioned accordingly !
