These multipin HV-professional connectors in a firm screwing armature are made for operating voltages up to 15 kV DC and can be equipped with up to 9 contacts. Both sides (housing-side / cable-side) can be assigned as plug or socket - the cable-side can be angled. The cable socket is made for PG gland bushings. Also these connectors can be equipped in different pin configurations i.e. with leading contact pins to force a certain “switch on” sequence, use them for earth connections or for realisation of safty loops. These connectors are commonly used in UV, ultrasonic or measuring/testing systems.
