The integrating sphere getProbe 5393 SET is suitable for reflection measurements within a spectral range between 200 and 2400nm. The sphere is applicable in the field of color measurements, coating measurements or powder analysis, pastes, granulates or other materials within the UV/VIS or NIR range.
The integrating sphere has an active diameter of 80 mm and a probe opening diameter of 8 mm. A 90°-SMA-port and an 8°-SMA-port are provided for the connection of light source and spectrometer via optical waveguides. The reflection material is is highly reflective Teflon. The reflectivity over the entire spectral range is over 95%. The material is benefits from its high-long-term stability and abrasion resistance.
