The final pasteurization of a packed product is the best guarantee of its hygiene and keeping time. The modern plastic materials for packaging are hardly compatible with steam or hot water. A hot-air treatment is the best solution, but it must be an efficient and homogeneous system.
GGE has produced a highly effective and low cost system of air circulation in a static oven, which is able to keep the internal temperatures homogeneous, with very little difference between the upper and the lower part.
Ideal for the pasteurization of: fresh pasta; pre-cooked pasta; ready-to-serve dishes; baker's wares; pizza and many other products.
The oven is made up of a stainless steel AISI 304 sheeting panels box with polyurethane (outside) and mineral wool (inside) insulation.
All the electric and hydraulic materials used are of first quality and comply with the standards in force.
