The automatic adhesive tape slitter-rewinder RSE 180 features an excellent production capacity, capable of doing a full circle with 50 MT roll in 14 seconds. It has a working width of up to 2,100 mm, with up to 180 mm diameter of finished rolls, internal cores diameters from 3" to 1 ½" per user request and uses razor blades or score knives for slitting. It can be used with carton sealing self-adhesive tapes as well as masking tapes, duct tapes and automotive tapes (for 1 ½" cores). Additionally, it is available with an LS 55 shrink wrapper mod, capable of making up to 55 pack per minute, and the unwinder mod SCR 5, capable of jumbo-roll changeover and web splicing in around 30 seconds.
