This vacuum system, with total re-circulation of the sealing liquid, has been designed for a range of applications in the various production processes existing in the chemical and pharmaceutical industry and related labs. It can handle any type of saturated gas normally encountered in these processes and utilizes a wide range of appropriate sealing liquids. The system normally also includes a pump suction condenser complete with condensate recovery tank and a post-condenser for the condensation of residual gas. The construction materials are normally CrNiMo stainless steel and all process-side related seals are made of PTFE.
