Flexible ScrewConveyors and these units can provide a totally automatic Powder Conveying system which manages flow rates till 10,000 kg/h, a batching system which is autonomous as well as Continuous Mixing. Study and supply of higher flow rate solutions is possible. Batching, mixing, containment or conveying requirements can be met by GIMAT batching hoppers with Powder Storage for 2-3 materials depending on individual need, if the materials are powders, granules, ground and also the storage volume. Storage can be directly started from the bulk bag. Powder Batching Hoppers involves 2-3 injectors with rotating spirals that are run by mechanical motors with variable speed, or gearmotors with inverter-powered motors which are power ventilated. Powder Mixing and Conveying is done by the flexible or shaftless screw conveyors which pick up and mix the batched products while it is being conveyed between pick up and unloading.
