The natural evolution of the hydraulic series, these grinding machines combine the simplicity of traditional grinders to the advantages of a truly CNC machine.

The controller is a SIEMENS SINUMERIK 810D CNC with PCU50 microprocessor and integrated PLC controlling two linear axes and one spindle axis. The displaying is supplied by a TFT 12" screen.

A special software for grinding machines in parametric form allows programming and monitoring of all OD/ID cylindrical grinding or tapered grinding by interpolating Z and X axes.

The software architecture is very flexible and open to any kind of tailoring to customer's needs.
The compiling of part programs is operator-friendly, structured through few easy menus conveniently displayed in intuitive graphics. In this way the operator will be able to run the grinder with no need of specific programming knowledge.

Every version could have frontal sliding doors or a full enclosure.
