GIPO impact crushers are suitable for a wide range of applications. They are known for their high technical quality, their great performance, proven systems and simple operation. The GIPO pulverisers with the two impact rockers, the infinitely variable rotor speed and the proven fully hydraulic drive concept are the core of the system. Continuously adjustable rotor speeds permit direct control of the crushed material. This economic drive system allows for processing of reinforced concrete, asphalt, demolition waste, natural stone, coal and blast furnace slag. The GIPOREC power packs consist of Stage IIIA diesel engines which are significantly more fuel efficient than their predecessors. The machines can also be equipped with a diesel particulate filter. The crawler drive uses the entire hydraulic power enabling manoeuvring of the plant in nearly any terrain. Thanks to the feed hopper with the fixed hopper panels, virtually no setup time is required: Move the machine off the flatbed truck, activate the crawler drive and start crushing.
