Station n°1: Plug and key manual load
Station n°2: Assembly of bolt lock and relevant springs
Station n°3: Correct plug orientation and disc tumbler seat deburring
Station n°4: Disc tumbler spring feeding
Station n°5: Spring presence inspection
Station n°6: Disc tumbler feeding
Station n°7: Disc tumbler presence inspection
Station n°8: Cap and anti-theft tumbler disc assembly
Station n°9: Introduction of the key into the plug to check correct combination assembly
Station n°10: Station with manipulator for lock unloading into a box

Cycle time: approx. 6 sec/pc

Actual production rate: approx. 600 pcs/h at 100% efficiency
