The progressive honing system, alternative to the expansion system, utilizes sintered diamond tools.
The system is capable of responding and adapting to customer requirements. It can handle a broad range of materials such as treated steel, ferrous metals, cast iron, carbon fibres, silicon metals (in the absence of defoliating effect), lightweight alloys and ceramics.
The number of tools and diameter increments are determined in accordance with the metal stock removal.
