We can grind serrated teeth on one side or simultaneously on both sides.
The machine is composed of two grinding wheel spindle assemblies. Two stepper driven ball screw slides mounted with clamping devices hold the rule in place as the slides advance into the grinding wheel.
The system is controlled by a touch screen workstation.
The machine is also equipped with a steel rule feeder which advances the rule into the machine, and template tracing work wheel dressers which put the desired shape into the grinding wheels automatically.
