Height gaps between the dock and vehicles can cause problems when loading or unloading goods. It can lead to damage of equipment or goods, cause forklift trucks to accidentally come off the dock or render loading impossible.

Our hydraulic truck leveler eliminates these issues and ensures that vehicle tails and docks are level. This system:

* Lines up the end of the truck with the dock - enabling forklift trucks to drive in and out smoothly
* Enables loading and unloading of lowered vehicles
* Improves safety

Our dock leveller raises the truck if the vehicle's tail is lower than the dock, closing any height gap between the truck's end and the dock.

When the truck arrives, the dock leveller is lowered and the driver reverses into the dock as usual.

Before loading or unloading the vehicle, an operator pushes a button to lift the tail of the truck to dock level - the automatic vehicle restraint (if fitted) will then lock the vehicle into position.
