The casing machine STRATBOX is dedicated to the semi-automatic
case packing of round boxes of processed cheese in triangles.
Y STRATBOX is perfect in addition to your banding and labeling machine
ROLBOX from GMA. It can handle up to 120 boxes/min (speed
depends on box piling configuration).
Y At the exit of the infeed conveyor, boxes are piled up automatically
according to predefined dimensions of the case. An operator put a
preformed case manually onto the boxes batch stratification. The
operator turns over the case (automatic rotation of a mobile plate). Thus,
the forming case is evacuated on a conveyor.
