The automatic machine SCORPIO is dedicated to the
manufacturing of carton conic trays for bakery, pastry,
ready meals and frozen food applications.
The SCORPIO produces folded and glued trays from flat
blanks, including reinforcement walls on long sides and
folded flaps on short sides. Cold glue is used so that folded
tray may suit with freezer, micro-waves and traditional
oven use.
The SCORPIO can manufacture up to 45 trays / min
(depending on cardboard quality). It can convert a wide
range of flat cardboard, including inside coated carton.
