Modular scaffolding
G.M.B. KT-Modulgerüst
18 members can be, like to the MERO-Type, connected to the KT-node.
For the first time there is the possibility that a module scaffold can be used for spaceframes, with all its vast possibilities, planar and spatial trusses. An interesting application is, among other things, the construction of energy-multipurpose halls of KT-modules. The roof structure is designed as a plate-like grid space frame and can, in contrast to the known cassette roof types, in addition accommodate snow loads for spans of more than 30 meters. The ongoing approval process will be extended from temporary to permanent buildings.
Further optimization measures in the wedge geometry, the material properties and the wedge / pocket combination of materials result in significant improvements to the KT-performance (stiffness, strength) of the new KT-node.
