Fiber optic cable GORE electronics

Gore provides high performance fiber optic cables for military, aerospace and communication applications. Traditional fiber optic cables negatively affect the optical stability of a bare fiber. The Gore product line incorporates a patented expanded PTFE buffer system that effectively decouples the optical fiber from other cable elements. As a result, optical performance of a Gore cable closely approximates that of a bare optical fiber, even under mechanical or thermal stresses.

Gore is partnering with Deutsch Ltd. to distribute Deutsch Fiber Optic Connectors within the United States and Canada. Gore will continue to offer GORETM Fiber Optic Assemblies with various connector options including Deutsch connectors.
