SAND BLASTING is manual. As abrasive, steel shot,corundum, etc. can be used.
According to way the abrasive is collected in chamber bottom and according to the way of transportation three types of airblast rooms are produced:
- a classical version with screw conveyors ( deeper foundations will be necesarry );
- with scrapper ( the foundations requirements areminimised );
- a version with suction floor (foundations are minimal, ventilation requirements are greater)

AIRBLAST ROOMS are produced of following main partsi:
airblastrooms with doors, lights and bottom grid, abrasive conveying system, separator of abrasive, pressure vessels with blast nuzzles, conveyors for material ( carriage, monorail )
Airblast rooms should be connected to a dust collecting equipment.
